Dr. Keys® Wellness City represented the most ambitious wellness infrastructure project in WorldWellness® history: the world's first fully integrated wellness city powered by AI technology, delivering custom lifestyle prescriptions and personalised member journeys at urban scale. The complexity spanned urban planning, technology architecture, clinical programme design, and commercial viability — all simultaneously.
Our Role
WorldWellness® served as the Chief Programme Architect and Delivery Partner across the full project lifecycle. We designed the wellness city concept, integrated the AI technology layer, coordinated the multi-disciplinary expert team, and drove the commercial model that would make the vision financially sustainable at scale.
