AtOne by Octave®

World's Largest Integrated Wellness Destination

Asia36 months from concept to opening

Context & Challenge

Fred Tsao's vision for AtOne by Octave® was unprecedented: a 400,000m² integrated wellness destination spanning real-estate, hospitality, medical-wellness, and education. The challenge was transforming a bold concept into a commercially viable, operationally sound business — while managing complexity across multiple disciplines, international partners, and compressed delivery windows.

Our Role

WorldWellness® served as the Lead Delivery Partner and Strategic Programme Manager, accountable from feasibility through to opening. We designed the wellness programming architecture, qualified and aligned all specialist partners, drove the integrated project management framework, and led weekly delivery governance across the full team.

How We Work

01

Concept Validation

We stress-tested the vision against market realities, comparable benchmarks, and operational constraints before a single dollar was committed.

02

Partner Architecture

We designed the full partner ecosystem — identifying, qualifying, and contracting every specialist required across all wellness pillars.

03

Integrated Delivery

We built a unified governance model and ran weekly cross-functional coordination to maintain alignment across 12+ partners and internal teams.

04

Launch Readiness

We led the operational readiness programme: staff training, soft-launch protocols, and revenue activation — so Day 1 delivered on Day 1.
